Employee Impact Grants
For years, we’ve supported causes and organizations that are meaningful to our employees through programs that reward volunteer hours contributed during personal time. Medavie provides a $1,000 grant to a non-profit or charitable organization where an employee volunteers 40+ hours, or where teams of three or more employees volunteer 8+ hours each.
Employee Giving
Our annual Employee Giving Campaign is an opportunity for employees from every part of Medavie to unite in generosity and give to their charity of choice through payroll deduction or a one-time gift. With Medavie matching employee donations dollar-for-dollar, our team’s total contribution to charities across Canada in 2025 was over $226,000.
Volunteerism
In addition to the Medavie Community Clean-up, employees are encouraged to participate in Medavie-sponsored active living events in communities across Canada — like New Brunswick’s Legs for Literacy event and Quebec’s MS Bike fundraiser. In 2025, Medavie employees volunteered over 2,000 hours through both Medavie-sponsored and employee-initiated volunteering activities.
