Medavie is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors. These leaders will help strengthen our role in contributing to fuller and healthier lives.
Joining the Board are:
Andrea Robertson, ICD.D, former President & CEO of STARS Air Ambulance, brings over three decades of leadership in Healthcare, Aviation, governance and risk management.
Cheryl Hodder, KC, ICD.D, CEO of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, is a nationally recognized lawyer and leader who brings decades of experience in governance, business transformation, sustainability, government affairs, risk management, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
Chris Dobbin, CPA, CA, ICD.D, Founding President & CEO of Nova Leap Health Corp., is a healthcare entrepreneur with international experience in healthcare, M&A, negotiations and finance.
Lisa Merrithew, ICD.D, an accomplished executive with several publicly traded Canadian companies, brings deep corporate experience in strategy, risk management, corporate social responsibility, stakeholder relations, brand building and reputation management.

Their appointments drive our mission forward, guiding strategic decisions, ensuring strong governance, scalability, and championing innovative solutions that expand access to care.
They join our existing complement of seasoned leaders in health care, business, and community sectors to guide Medavie as a leading health organization in Canada.
