JUNE 23, 2022 – HALIFAX, NS – Medavie is pleased to announce the appointment of Patty Faith as Chief Brand and Reputation Officer. In this role, Patty will lead Medavie’s comprehensive brand strategy, oversee communications along with diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, and corporate social responsibility, all with a focus on supporting the organization’s mission of improving the wellbeing of Canadian.

“Over the past decade, Patty has been instrumental in driving significant growth in the Medavie brand,” said Bernard Lord, Chief Executive Officer, Medavie. “Patty’s commitment to our mission and intimate understanding of our family of brands will ensure that she and her team continue to propel our organization forward.”

Since joining Medavie in 2011, Patty has supported the organization’s transformation to a nationally recognized health solutions partner integrating benefits management, health management and health care delivery. She’s been dedicated to growing the bench strength of Medavie’s brand and reputation team, while guiding the brand both internally and externally. Patty also played an important role in establishing and overseeing the Medavie Foundation.

Patty has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Acadia University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Dalhousie University and studied Public Relations at Grant McEwan University. Patty is the Board Chair for Philanthropic Foundations Canada and serves on the Board for the YMCA Halifax/Dartmouth.
